Hi there, I’m Amanda, the driving force behind NewThink—dedicated to elevating thinking for accelerated potential, productivity, and performance.

As a thinking coach, speaker, facilitator, and executive coach, I help leaders and teams unlock their superpowers, enhance collaboration, and drive meaningful results. Like a conductor leading an orchestra, I bring diverse thinking styles together, ensuring each person plays to their strengths to create high-performing teams.

With over two decades in corporate leadership, including senior roles in Sales and Sales Leadership across technology, financial services, and education, I’ve honed my skills in rallying teams to reach their pinnacle. My purpose is to uncover strengths, bridge communication gaps, and empower teams to accelerate their impact.
